Overview

QZ Series Skid Mounted Loading System is the integrated loading System that specialized in loading/unloading and metering for oil depot, dock and chemical industry. The system could be customized to include functions of custody transfer, metering, auto-control and information network transmission. Just need to deliver to the site, connect the pipeline, power cables and communication cable, the system will be put into service.

Feature

The whole system mainly consist of pump, flow meter, temperature and pressure transmitters, loading arm, control valve, controller, security System(anti-static overflow protection, emergency button, safety valve, human static eliminator and signo), parking system, oil gas recovery system and explosion-proof type big screen display, etc. This design not only increases the efficiency and security of operation, but also creates good environmental and social benefits due to eliminating the oil leakage and accurate measurement. According to the actual situation on site of terminal depot we could provide advisory service and customize the most economical and practical solution with following typical advantages:

(l) Compact structure design save space for installation and provide an integrated systems concept for anti-static overflow protection, eliminating static electricity on the human body, the grounding and emergency shutdown etc. which not only ensure the safety, but also prevent unnecessary waste and decrease the costs.

(2) Turnkey solutions can achieve the seamless connection with the third party depot automatic system after premanufacturing and pre-testing in the factory and integrating all the framework, pipework, instrumentation, electric and control devices, security alarm system and relevant software.

(3) Wide application for various products dosing such as gasoline oil, diesel oil alcohol; customized design of oil dispatching platform using various demand and diversified oil dispatching models including local or remote or IC card.
